Addie Kemp
Adelle is a Neuroscience and Psychology student aspiring to complete a PhD to research and educate others about the physiological and psychological impacts mental health has on the brain and overall wellbeing.
Over the past 13 years, Adelle has participated in a number of half marathons, raising funds for organisations including the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand, the Cancer Society of New Zealand, and the Breast Cancer Foundation NZ.
As a wellness advocate, she cares deeply about creating safe spaces where people feel able to speak openly and honestly about how they are truly doing; helping others feel more understood, supported in their personal growth, and empowered to view seeking help and therapy without stigma.
Philip Yeardly
Philip is the founder of, a wellness-focused brand created from his own journey through injury, recovery, and mental health challenges.
What began as making candles in a small home studio became a way for him to slow down, reconnect, and focus on wellbeing. Passionate about honest conversation and community, Philip recently completed a 100km run to raise awareness and funds for youth mental health. Through storytelling, creativity, and vulnerability, he hopes to encourage others to prioritise connection, self-growth, and mental wellbeing.
Dr Chad Carter
Dr Chad is the founder and one of the Chiropractor’s at Otago Family Chiropractic. His particular focus is Nervous System regulation and holistic health. Being a dad and business owner he is no stranger to the impacts life can have on mental health.
Dr Chad has been working with Phillip to help him achieve his goal of running 100Km for mental health. Dr Chad’s ethos is to help his patients to live a life without limitations.
