Exclusive Screening: Running 100km for Mental Health

Brought to you by Sea Zen Candles, supported by Te Oraka.

Join us for an inspiring evening of storytelling, reflection, and honest kōrero as we screen Running 100km for Mental Health, a documentary following Philip Yeardley’s five month journey toward completing a 250 laps around the Dunedin caledonian on March 7, 2026.

Driven by a mission to raise awareness and spark conversations around mental health, Philip also fundraised over $5,000 for the Sir John Kirwan Foundation, supporting mental health education in primary schools across Aotearoa.

SPEAKERS
Following the screening, hear from a panel of guest speakers including Philip Yeardley, Dr Chad Carter, chiropractor, dad, and business owner and Addie Kemp, fitness and mental health advocate. Together, they’ll explore themes of wellbeing, resilience, movement, and courage.
